The BLDC actuator is the most compact electric linear actuator used for engine air flow control. It is not only compact, but also particularly slim thanks to its flat architecture. Small response time, high speed and high force make this product especially suited for a wide variety of applications including Turbochargers with Variable Intake Control. The 7496 can be driven through a simple PWM signal, an H-bridge or through a LIN-bus.
