At Sonceboz, safety is everyone’s responsibility.

As part of our continuous improvement approach, Sonceboz has taken another step toward building a strong and vibrant HSE culture.
Our goal? To stay closely connected to the field in order to better understand the environment, support the team, and mitigate risk.

To this end, we’ve established a network of HSE representatives in each of our production workshops.
These relay team members, trained by our dedicated Health, Safety, and Environment team, play a key role in the following areas:
• Ensuring compliance with safety rules
• Sharing best practices
• Encouraging proactive risk identification
• Bringing to life a concrete and effective safety culture

Thanks to our collaborative tool called “Perroquet” each risky situation can be quickly identified and addressed.

Our representatives also take part in sustainability-related initiatives, further demonstrating their overall commitment.
In the same spirit of keeping our safety culture alive, monthly HSE exchange routines are held to promote two-way communication—from the field to management and vice versa—and cross-functional field audits are conducted to continually identify areas for improvement.
