New direct drive BLDC Motor on the Detroit DD15 engine
We would like to thank Daimler Truck AG for giving us the opportunity to develop and produce an Exhaust Gas Recirculation (EGR) system based on our new direct drive Brushless Motor (BLDC).
Thanks to its improved packaging, our actuator is mounted directly on the manifold, allowing improved TCO by reducing component and assembly time. By accurately controlling the EGR valve, Sonceboz has contributed to the performance, durability, and fuel economy of the new GEN 5 DD15 of Detroit.
