Its 23 kg compact architecture integrates power electronics, liquid cooling, and CAN communication (AUTOSAR, ISO 26262 & ISO 21434 compliant), enabling seamless 500–1,000 V platform integration, optimized thermal management (<90°C discharge), and low-noise operation.
